SATCA – Meeting Minutes 01/21/09
Marko (President): Welcome back!
Our next meeting will be 01/28 at 6:00PM in Ryan 128. NOTE: The room and time change.
On 02/04 we will have a short meeting and then head over to the Waterpark to play.
On 02/11 we will be having our Valentine’s Day party!!! We will be doing a fun game so make sure you show up!
We started a fire, ACCIDENTLY, in the REA. Remember: fire safety is cool… or warm… hot, whatever!
Dan (Treasurer): We have $2500 in the bank… we have set aside $1000 for scholarships, so that leaves us $1500 to play with for our trip.
We will find out what dues are because Dan was not present to answer all our questions!
If you owe SATCA money because you went on a trip pay us!
Caleb (V. President): There are games this weekend. Signups are going around. If you would like to sign up, e-mail cbackstrom@undsatca.org.
Thanks to everybody who signed up to work over break. We really needed it and it was greatly appreciated. We’re working on getting your friends who helped their money.
John (Activities): If you get an e-mail from John requesting a reply, respond and don’t tell anybody! It’s a secret!
How do you feel about a FSD trip over a three day weekend? Good!
Anybody interested in going sledding over a weekend? Good!
Cassie (Secretary): I’d just like to point out how many of our members are graduating this semester. Like half the group raised their hands. You are losing 4/5 officers. While that leaves more positions to fill, we need more members. Recruit your friends! We are amazing people who have amazing times with each other!
