SATCA – Meeting Minutes 01/28/09
Marko (President): On 02/04 we will have a short meeting and then head over to the Waterpark to play.
On 02/11 we will be having our Valentine’s Day party!!! We will be doing a fun game so make sure you show up!
We are putting aside another $500 scholarship, so SATCA will be providing three $500 scholarships!
Dan (Treasurer): Dues are $25! Please pay Dan P., leave the check in a sealed envelope in our box in the union, or leave the check or money in a sealed envelope, go into AeroStop (Ryan Hall) and ask for it to be placed in SATCA’s box.
Caleb (V. President): There are games Valentine’s Day weekend. Signups are going around. If you would like to sign up and were unable to attend meeting, e-mail cbackstrom@undsatca.org.
John (Activities): If you get an e-mail from John requesting a reply, respond and don’t tell anybody! It’s a secret!
RDR trip to see the UAV and RAPCON? Sure! Feb. 21? We need to know for sure by Feb. 11. Be advised a background check will be done before you will be allowed on the base. A Govt. ID is also required. This will be a nice and short trip.
Trip to OKC? Uh, ok, no. We voted for MSP (11-5). We voted to change the date to March 6, 7, and 8 because people are leaving early for Spring Break.
