Thank-you all for the amazing trip last weekend to Duluth/Minneapolis.  We toured 9 different facilities setting a new SATCA record for the most tours in one trip.

    1) Duluth Tower/Tracon
    2) Cirrus Factory
    3) Crystal Tower
    4) Flying Cloud Tower
    5) St. Paul Tower
    6) Minneapolis Center
    7) Minneapolis Tracon
    8) Minneapolis Tower
    9) Minneapolis Airport

The representation of our SATCA members from the University of North Dakota was outstanding.  I want to thank everyone who took the opportunity to go on the trip and the safe and responsible behavior everyone exhibited at all times.

I hope to see everyone participate in our spring trip for another awesome SATCA experience!

I would also like to thank all of you who vollunteered to work at the REA games this past semester and next weekend over Thanksgiving break.  I want you to know that we appreciate what all of you do to help the UND student community and the Student Air Traffic Controller Association.

There is no meeting next week and I hope everyone has an amazing Thanksgiving!

Duluth and Minneapolis Tour Itinerary

The full, detailed itinerary for this weekend's Duluth and Minneapolis trip is posted on the calendar.  We'll be meeting at Ryan Hall on Friday morning at 7:45am.  On Friday we'll see Duluth tower.  Saturday we'll drive down to Minneapolis and tour Crystal and Flying Cloud towers.  We'll also be visiting the Mall of America and dining together for dinner.  On Sunday, we'll visit Farmington to check out Minneapolis Center and then return to see Minneapolis airport and tower.  We'll arrive at Grand Forks on Sunday night at 11:30.

Be sure to bring your government issued photo IDs!
